When we receive all student evaluations back from middle and high school presentations, over 50% of students who defined themselves as pro-abortion experience a change of heart!
Heart of a Child Ministries gave the most positive and life affirming presentation of the pro-life message I’ve ever seen. We were very blessed to have Heart of a Child Ministries present to our students. Their age-appropriate presentations were a beautiful way to reinforce the fact that every child is made in God’s image and that Jesus took on our human nature and came as a tiny baby, just like us! As a recent mother of a little girl with Down syndrome, hearing Jeremy Bowers talk about the value of every life really resonated with me. The high percentages of babies who are aborted with Down syndrome around the world is absolutely heartbreaking, and I think it’s important for our older students to see this hard truth that the world has so unjustly accepted. Having the opportunity to see and interact with a baby who is yet to be born made the value of life in the womb much more tangible for kindergarteners through eighth graders. I believe this experience has shaped them in a way to begin changing this culture of selfishness and death to one of love and life.
